Long Pond Cabin Retreat

The Long Pond Cabin was a perfect trip for our family to escape the heat in our home state. This cabin is "small but mighty"--the space is so well appointed and thoughtfully utilized. We especially loved that the hosts had thought of everything for a stay in the woods--bug spray, floaties, firewood, reusable tote for market stops and beach days, etc. And the outdoor space is incredible. We used the firepits nightly and loved having dinner out on the deck (the Thermacell was clutch). The kids spent lots of time catching frogs in the pond. While the kids didn't make it to the top, both my husband I reveled in our solo hikes up Mt. Pleasant during our stay--incredible views and zero crowds. We also found the cabin to be a great launch pad for the region and enjoyed daily trips to various lakes and hikes in the area. Would totally recommend this cabin!
